Ed is a visioneer, a thought leader, innovative thinker and team builder. Prior to his role at Asset Investment, his career has been in the oil and gas sector as a Petroleum Geologist engaged in oil and gas exploration, development, production and operations in different companies where his roles and responsibilities as a geologist, synergistically with his team members contributed millions of dollars in oil and gas production revenue to the companies he worked for in the last decade. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas Permian Basin, teaching master's degree students graduate level course.
At Harvard, he was one of the founding students member of Harvard Extension Student Management and Finance Club (HESMFC), and he was the Director of Communications, and the founder of peer reviewed e-Journal publication platform in the field of ‘Business, Management, and Finance’ for HESMFC. Ed has published several peer reviewed articles in scientific journals, and a co-authored publication in finance on "Enterprise Valuation Using Discounted Cashflow Model".
His role at Asset Investment is to build a team of professionally accomplished, experienced and highly competent people with expertise coupled with collaboration, synergy, and efficiently work together in a team effort to grow the company's year-over-year return on assets (ROA). Andrew Rhoades is excited to join Asset Investment and contribute to clients’ financial success. He has a wealth of experience working on boards and in business settings to help people achieve results. Andrew worked in business at Kraft Foods in brand management in Tarrytown, NY. He led cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, advertising, production forecasting, and customer accounts. During his time at Kraft Foods, the CEO recognized the beverages division as the most profitable of all divisions at Kraft Foods. Continually learning and growing, he completed two master’s degrees, one from Harvard and, more recently, a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Andrew is committed to a life of ethical service and performance accountability. He was invited to testify before the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on April 27, 2016, examining management practices and agency misconduct. Numerous media sources interviewed him, including CNN, the New York Times, NBC Nightly News, Fox News, Washington Post, Washington Times, and Federal News Radio in Washington, D.C. He also served as a public member on the Lawyer’s Professional Responsibility Board, one of nine members appointed by the Supreme Court of Minnesota to a three-year term.
